Fertility Matters Canada is the national organization that helps all Canadians reach their reproductive health hopes and dreams by providing support, awareness, education, and advocating for equitable access to fertility care.
They have several ongoing programs such as: FMC Support Group Meeting, Fertility in Focus Podcast, Fertility Benefits Matter, Fertility Matters 6K, Canadian Fertility Awareness Week, and the Annual Fertility Matters Awards.

I’m Melissa, founder of
The Vine Box.
After dealing with a 9+ year fertility journey and suffering 3 miscarriages, I felt called to pursue a path that combined those experiences with my passion for helping others. With a background in nursing I am no stranger to caring for others and have always enjoyed the warm feelings that gift giving brings.
The Vine Box was born out of deeply personal experiences and a desire to create a meaningful connection when words feel inadequate. My inspiration came from a friend who, during my third miscarriage, dropped off a care box that had a profound impact on me. In that moment, I felt so cared for and less alone in my grief. The Vine Box is my way of extending that same comfort and support to others facing similar challenges. Each box is curated with love and empathy, and was designed with intention.
